Ritchey Metals operates two facilities in southwestern Pennsylvania, each with multiple furnaces. These include reverbatory, rotary, and open-top kettles. Production runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our plants boast a capacity exceeding 10,000 tons per month.
Customer Material Recycling
Ritchey Metals recycles customer scrap and by-products in a state-of-the-art rotary furnace system. Our recycling process allows for the efficient removal of unwanted impurities while reclaiming high-quality recovery material and provides our customers with the best recovery percentages in the business.
Inventory
Ritchey Metals maintains an inventory of high-quality zinc and aluminum alloys that allows customers great flexibility. Inventory is tracked with a computerized bar-code system which ensures accurate shipping and billing of orders.
