A reverb furnace is charged with high-quality raw material.

With eight furnaces producing high-quality alloys 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and a convenient, easily accesible location, Ritchey Metals' primary plant in Hendersonville, PA is easily capable of fulfilling all of your zinc alloy needs, with a reputation for delivering quality material on time for each and every order.


A continuous caster in operation with workers stacking self-palletizing ingots, ready for banding and delivery.

Primary Alloys Production

Ritchey Metals produces finished products in a combination of reverb and kettle furnaces which combine to create a capacity in excess of 5,000 tons per month.


Workers tap a reverb furnace to produce Zinc-Base Die Cast Alloy #3 sows.

Customer Material Recycling

Ritchey Metals recycles customer scrap in a 14-ft rotary drum furnace with a capacity of 40,000 pounds, allowing for removal of unwanted waste while reclaiming high-quality recovery material. Ritchey Metals commonly performs recoveries in excess of 75%.

Inventory

Ritchey Metals maintains an inventory of high-quality zinc casting alloys that allows customers great flexibility. Inventory is tracked with a computerized bar-code system which ensures accurate shipping and billing of orders.


Ritchey Metals' bar-coded tracking system produces a 4" x 6"
self-adhesive tag which identifies each unit shipped.
